It depends on how you said no. I hope you were nice about it, so they didn't feel rejected. Maybe you can plan on something to do with them you like.. another day.
I think you had the right to decide whether or not to go to the lake, nothing is worse then a sour mood with your relatives if you didn't want to be there in the first place.
I know how you feel right now you are feeling guilty for making the decision that was right for you, hurting their feelings, and you don't want anyone thinking bad about you.
Been there lots of times! Family is important sometimes you have to do things you don't want to, and sometimes you have to do what is best for you...nicely.

there is nothing wrong with taking time to do things for yourself. sometimes we want to say "no" and it's not going to kill other people if we don't join them in their activities all of the time.
it's nice you spend time with your grandma -- but she will have to understand you need time for yourself, as well. i'm sure she does, too!
take care

As long as you won't miss those trips with your grandmother when she's dead. Come on what else important are you doing, playing on the computer?

There's nothing wrong with that....unless you yelled at her, but I doubt that....don't trip, I'm sure there will be many more times to join her for an outing...
