I have had an office job for just over a year. My fitness level has dropped since then and I have gained some weight. It has just started to become noticable and I would like some pointers on how to loose it. I have tried excercise routines, but I have trouble staying with them because I am the only one doing them. I eat healthy since I am at high risk of developing diebetes. Anything would help.

If you can't motivate yourself to do what you know you need to do, then you can't really be that concerned. With diabetes you know what needs to be done. Make it a habit.

Calories in, calories out. Its a simple equation. If you need help going to the gym to exercise by yourself try hiring a personal trainer. Or find a partner to go with, maybe a friend of yours from work who's also putting on a few or is in need of some working out. Preferably somebody you can stand to be with for an hour or so.

I find watching NBC's Biggest Loser show to be a source of inspiration. Because if those people can do it, man.. anyone can.
