I love helping people who have done at least a little bit of research on their own, but I dont help people that just ask for answers without doing any research, and that tends to be everyone on yahoo answers.

This question has been answered a million times, and theres tons and tons and tons of info on it online, so just do a simple search. This is why no one has spent the time answering your question.

HOW can anyone advise, without knowing - where you live/country. EQUATOR/TROPICAL/COLD COUNTRIES.
You ARE A VEGETARIAN/NON VEG. You like fish/red meat....... The best would be consult a good dietitian.
