i have recd conflicting advise on pineapples, some say the spine is good to avoid cardiac diseases, but bad for diabetics

yes pine apple is a healthy fruit it contains enzyme called bromelain which is a proteolytic enzyme it improves digestion espacially protienfood&bromelain is also used as a medicine for muscle pain& injury.

Pineapple is a healthy fruit, pretty much all fruit has some benefits to the human body. I have never heard it is bad for diabetes, but I'm not exactly an expert on diabetic diets...

pineapple is as healthy a fruit as any. and like any fruit, a diabetic must be careful not to eat too much of it. The carbohydrates and sugars in ALL fruit is to be eaten in moderation by anyone, but especially diabetics.

Well,its a fruit...i guess it would be healthy ,but it does contain alot of sugar....dont eat alot of it, youll blister your tongue
