How can I find a song in my iTunes?

I have songs on my iPod that came from an external drive. They show up in my iTunes library but if I click on it, the song can't be found because I don't have the external drive anymore.

Is there a way to EXPORT the songs from my iPod into my iTunes library?

Burn the songs onto a disc then import them into your iTunes library

If the songs are paid for, yes. If you got them off limewire or copied them off a CD or something - no.
