I laughed when I study the final section lol i think of you merely replied your very own question! once you sense such as you over-did it 9 cases out of 10 then you definately did! you need to have been hungry! merely attempt to make your breakfasts, lunches greater, have your snacks in-between after which you is merely no longer so hungry at dinner! Your meals which you're ingesting seem healthful adequate, get albacore tuna packed in water however, that's a extra appropriate grade of tuna and the water is extra appropriate than all of that yucky oil!

Actually, tuna in oil is healthier than in water. The omega 3 oil in tuna is soluable with the oil, and more gets into your system.

well it's unhealthy but try to squeeze out as much oil as you can and water would be healthier. Also, try getting the water but just put something in the tuna or try to put some olive oil on it

hmm its not all that healthy. there are a few choices, spring water, brine and vegetable oil (at least in the UK anyway) Brine is better than oil and spring water is better than both. Have you tried chopping up some peppers or onions and mixing with that to get a better taste?

vegetable oils are very low in saturated fats and subsequently LDL-C (the bad carrier of cholesterol), there is no problem consuming them regularly. just watch the cals from fats as they do add up quickly
