Shower deffinately, because in a bath your bathing in your own nastiness......A shower is fresh water the whole time.

I think shower because when you take a bath you sit in dirtiness.So take showers.

I take a bath in my super capacity washer and I come out pretty clean. I wait for the rinse cycle then I'm back in the washer rinsing off.

When you lay in the bath, you're laying in your filth! After a bath, you should always shower!
