Does the American Apple Macbook Pro differ from the UK version of it?

I was looking at the Apple Macbook Pro version 15 inch: 2.2GHz and needed find out that if there are diffrence what are they? and would it also affect certian softwear if i get it as well?

I doubt the laptop itself is any different. Maybe the power adapter might be different because we use different outlets here, but other than that there should be no significant difference. Have a nice day!
