Aren't kangaroos like hugely overpopulated... anyway I still think it's wrong. Very wrong. What is DFDS short for anyways?

After reading the description I'd try it. Kangaroo are not endangered or at risk in anyway so what is the big deal. Meat is meat. There is no difference in eating a Deer, a cow, buffalo or a kangaroo in my book - it is just an opportunity to experience a taste from another culture.

Australia has been trying to cut the kangaroo population back for years.

As to the taste, I had kangaroo a few years ago and loved it. I liked it better than beef.

I have had buffalo and alligator too and still think my favorite was the kangaroo.

Well, they boing around alot, so they must be really, really strong... I'm hoping this doesn't make the meat too tough, and if the pouch has ever been considered a delicacy... just kidding- Yuck!

i think ithey is classed as vermin now in Australia, as they are eating all the grass intended for sheep. I would eat kangeroo meat, ostrich deer horse pigeons (home bred not feral pigeons) but would draw the line at eels or snails.

Kangeroo is lovely - it's a bit like ostrich, in that it's very low in fat. It's no worse than eating venison or lamb or any other sort of animal traditionally used for meat, is it?
