Oh my gosh. I don't think there is one. I'd go back to the dentist and tell them. But if you can find a rebond thing... try it. I haven't heard of diy for crowns and stuff.

Mine fell off almost a year ago, i bought some of the temporary filling/cement stuff at walmart, put it back on, with every intention of seeing a dentist to have it fixed right.... i havent... crown is still there! I just dont chew gum on that side now(thats how it came off in the first place!

You can't put it back yourself. Often when a crown or bridge falls out it's because the tooth 'peg' below it breaks. So it's not just a simple matter of re-cementing. You'll have to take it to a dentist, and it might even have to be remade.

You can only buy temporary cement from local drug or pharmacy stores to cement back the crown/bridge yourself if you can't see your dentist right away. The only reason why your crown/bridge came off is there is fundamental problem with your teeth under your restoration(cavity/bad preparation). So see your dentist as soon as you can.

dont even try to do it yourself, i did once, and it hurt so freggin bad, and my gum ended up getting infected...just go to the dentist and depending on its comdition, the'll either just pop that one back on or put on a new one.
