Have any of you worked with YWAM on missions trips? Have any of you gone to their Discipleship Training School?

I did a summer missions trip with them in Amsterdam. The struck me as being very down to earth, practical and humble (for the most part). I had friends who "graduated" from summer missions and went to DTS and went on to become full time missionaries. I think, years after they've retired, their feelings were for the most part positive about the whole thing.
