recently i have been seeing star tattoos on people, usually a five point star, and each point is split in tow and each point has two different colors? does this have any specific meaning?

they are called nautical stars.
like sparrows, anchors, hearts with banners...they are just one of those classic tattoo icons that are universally well-liked.
google "nautical stars" maybe youll get some cool background info.

Nautical star-meaning (in most cases)-I can not think for myself and I must get the "cool" thing tattooed on me for life.

i think its a 'nautical star'. i dont think it means anything other than it being super trendy

I have one on my hip, and I got it because I think it's pretty. That's the only meaning for me.

i've heard its called a lone star or a nautical star like everyone else sed. i'm not sure but i know wat u mean. it's usually red and black right?
