i recommend glute(butt) exercises. possibly the best exercises you can do to make those dimples even sexier is squats. also, notice this girl has a beautiful color...its a tan. tans help improve lines on our body, kinda like shading. When you see competitive body builders, you see that they are always very dark...sometimes they look horrible because their teeth and eyes stand out bad, but what also stand out are the curves on their muscles. good luck.

Genetics.

I would recommend that you read up on some things related to fitness. Learn how to properly execute squats, dead lifts and other compound exercises. As long as the exercises are performed with good form you don't have to worry about your knees, as some like to believe squats are bad for them. Pull ups are probably the best exercise for back development.

what are back dimples? I don't see anything.
It seems if you're only 99lbs putting on a little weight might make the difference. Maybe there are some back exercises that might help.

good luck!
