Your question does so remind me of the Book of Job chapter 38. http://www.christianisrael.com/douay/B18C038.htm
Thank you for asking it!

1)tell me what causes the universe to be created?
We don't know yet. But there is this little theory called 'The Big Bang'
2) Tell me what causes the cells to form an living thing?
Adaptation. Before, when there were single celled oragnisms, they banded together to become many cells, because it was eventually figured out [by said cells] that it would be easier to get food if they made a 'Y' shape and trapped in smaller bacteria. Eventually, each cell became specialized, eachcell having it's own job to do. We eventually evolved into the multi-cell creatures we are today, with many specialized cells.
3) Tell me how you guys have ghosts in the world?
This is debatable, the existance of them. But, under the laws of Physics, if we treat the soul as energy/matter, neither of which can be created or destroyed, then, that would explain it.
4) Tell me what causes us to be alive, what started the brain to make us alive and what triggers it?
Again, it's specialized. it's the control center that tells all the other specialized cells what to do.
5) Tell me how what causes storms in our earth?
Atmospheric changes, condensation, a build up of positive and negative charges.
Seriously, that one isn't even debatable nor is it proof of God, no matter how you twist it.

1) Hmmm I don't know what caused it.
2) Well since cells are already considered alive, mitosis forms living things.
3) We don't.
4) Brain development is actually very interesting during human development. After gastrulation, the notochord signals the ectoderm to differentiate and become neuronal stem cells. This is only the beginning, but that's what starts brain development.
5) Look into climatology and meteorology for that answer.

1. read some cosmology books. you will find a few theories about it, although speculative at the moment, they are based on the knowledge we have at the moment. none of them involve magic though.
2. read some books on organic chemistry and biology. they've pretty much worked out the processes and are as we speak working on creating life from from the basic chemicals. may take some time though, even the magic god took 6 days. you may also want to read some stuff on the NASA site about the universe being awash with complex organic molecules the precursors of life.
3. an over active imagination and superstition, the same reasons religions exist.
4. see number 2.
5. now don't be silly, are you saying storms couldn't exist without a god. didn't you do the water cycle at school. if you didn't go and find a children's encyclopedia and it will tell you where weather comes from.

If you really wanted the answers to these questions, you would study science instead of trolling around here.
1. The process of creation started with the Big Bang. Look it up.
2. A cell can be a living thing. You Christians like to say that a one cell fetus is living all the time.
3. There are no such things as ghost.
4. The brain works on chemical impulses.
5. Haven't you EVER watch the Weather Channel? I mean the process of storm formation is elementary school science.
It is clear that you know nothing of science, and that you have no desire to learn.

2. Better living through chemistry
3. I don't see no ghosts.
4. See 2.
5. The fact the heat from the sun results in water forming H2O gas which is lighter than air, combined with the fact the earth is rotating and conservation of angular momentum.

12 years of science and you didn't get a thing out of it. Sad.
1- Google "M Theory"
2- We have most of that down. Here are a few articles about building viruses from scratch: http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/02_29/c3792082.htm http://www.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/abstract/1072266v1
3- Ghosts are imaginary.
4- Google "evolution"
5- Google "meteorology" but the short answer is the spin of the Earth and temperature and pressure differences in the atmosphere.

3) The CIA trains them.
4) I have my doubts about how many people's brains ever started.
5) Definitely not pressure differences caused by the suns uneven heating of the earth.

Oh ok, you caught us! You have just single-handedly disproved atheism! None of us know what causes storms - so obviously it must be God. Geez! - Get a book on meteorology! Did you honestly not know that humans figured out what caused storms a long time ago?
