Nope. The only people who have the power to remove items from your credit report are the credit bureaus themselves.
After you have paid the judgment, your report can be updated to show that it has been paid but it will remain on your report until the 7 years are over.

If there is already a judgment entered against you, the creditor will not satisfy that judgment until payment is made in full. Once, the debt is paid in full, the creditor will file a satisfaction piece and that will be reflected on your credit report.

No, the creditor cannot remove it because judgments are public records. Creditors can only remove information they themselves placed on your credit reports. Public records are usually collected from the courts by independent contractors and reported to the credit bureaus.

If it has already gone to court (that's what a judgment is), then no. If they are simply threatening to go to judgment, you might be able to make a deal with them that they will drop the debt entirely for a certain amount of money. Make sure you get this in writing before you give them the money. Avoid judgment if at all possible.

It won't remove it but be sure they report the payments you make. If they don't you will have to challenge the report and make sure the payment history is recorded. Keep a copy of your payments, also a hard lesson I learned, make a record of the persons name you spoke with and the name. I have found that many of these places have very short memories.
