Some pitbulls are just not "buff" looking. Altho a good breed should be, some are not. I would reccommend a high protein dog food, and a LOT of exercise to build muscle. I give my pit vitamins also that I got from a farm supply store. I leave the dry dog food out so she can eat it whenever se wants to, and I also give her a can of soft food a day. The high protein dog food will give her more energy which will make her want to play and exercise more. Also keep in mind females don't usually get as big and "buff" looking as the males.
*** I wouldn't reccommend raw meat especally for a pitbull. In research I have read this is often something that dog fighters do to fuel the desire of the pit to taste the raw meat/blood. It's just not a good idea. Pitbulls take a great responsibility and LOTS of training and love, and they don't need anything with any potential to make them agressive.

OMG SHE'S ONLY A PUPPY STILL LET HER GROW ON HER OWN. I HAVE A PITBULL AROUND THE SAME AGE TOO I JUST FEED HIM REGULARLY AND WALK HIM EVERYDAY JUST LIKE ANY OTHER DOG AND HE GAINS HIS WEIGHT JUST AS HE SHOULD. THAT'S THE THING ABOUT SOME PEOPLE WHO GET PITBULLS THEY FOCUS TO MUCH ON HOW TO MAKE THEM BUFF INSTEAD OF FOCUSING ON WHAT AWESOME ANIMALS THEY TRULY ARE. LET YOUR PUP BE A PUPPY SHE MAY BE SMALL NOW BUT SHE WILL FILL OUT WHEN SHE'S AROUND 2 DON'T FEED HER MORE THEN YOU'LL JUST END UP WITH A FAT AND UNHEALTHY DOG AND DON'T OVERWORK HER EITHER SHE'S TOO YOUNG TO BE WORKED OUT TO GAIN MUSCLE I MEAN THINK ABOUT IT IN DOG YEARS SHE'S ONLY 7 IF YOU HAD A 7 YEAR OLD KID WOULD YOU BE WORRYING ABOUT MAKING HIM BUFF I DON'T THINK SO

My APBT was pretty thin when she was a year old. By the time she was two she was really big and muscular, solid as a rock. Just wait, she will fill out. Here is a picture when she was about a year old.

She is a lot bigger then the Beagle now. Don't get the idea she not really big from the picture. The Beagle is a freak of nature and twice as big a normal Beagle, he weights 40 lbs. The pit now, at four years, is 60 lbs.

Yeah that's a good idea.. make a puppy big and heavy so that there is alot of pressure on her joints and bones.. Come on, let her be a puppy tough guy.. Let her grow up, exercise her properly and when she is big and able to handle carrying more weight, then worry about building her up.. Maybe you should consider counselling so that you feel better about yourself so you don't need a big buff dog to make you feel cool and accepted by others.

Both of those brands are junk. They have corn, fillers and by products. Not good choices. I feed my bulls taste of the wild. Its a grain free food and has no by product or fillers. Other good brands are: Wellness Evo Innova California naturals and some that are still pretty good but, are cheaper if you have a small budget are: Nutra Nuggets Diamonds Naturals Hope this helps, make sure to socialize your pup well while he is young and train him well, so he can make a good example of a pit bull! Good luck!

The dog always needs to be supervised when indoors. Every time the dog goes to the toilet in the house, and he is not caught and corrected, the behaviour is reinforced and he will think it is acceptable behaviour.
Learn here https://tr.im/BNwiW
• Take your dog on lead to the area where you would like him to relieve himself
• Use the word “toilet” when the dog is going to the toilet so he learns to associate the word with the action
• Reward with high praise and a treat reward so this behaviour is keenly repeated by the dog
• If the dog tries to jump and play with you ignore this behaviour until the dog focuses on sniffing the ground and starting to cue for the signs of relieving himself
• Remember to be patient – as this may take time
• If consistent, in weeks to a couple of months you should be able to do without the lead and your dog should be able to relieve himself on cue when hearing the command “toilet”
As prevention is better than cure; get in the habit of closing doors and not allowing your dog free access to areas that are unsupervised. NB: Baby dividers between rooms and hallways can be very effective to keep dog out. It is interesting to note that carpeted rooms are attractive to puppies as they hold the scent particularly well.
Make sure your cleaning the urine up completely! There are a number of excellent cleaning products that you can now purchase from pet stores that eliminate the smell of urine or feces. If the pup can smell any urine or feces, remembering it has a much stronger sense of smell than us; it will encourage him to go again on the same spot.
If you are to catch your dog in the act simply give the “a-ah” command. Pick the dog up and place outdoors or on paper so that he can finish his deed there. Remember that if you do not catch the dog within 3 seconds of an undesirable act he will have no comprehension of what you are correcting him for. This may worsen his toileting habits as the dog will learn to be deceptive as he will now want to hide away.

If she's only one year old, you can't expect her to have a lot of muscling, she's still only a puppy. It comes with age, and naturally, males have a LOT more muscling than females. In the show ring, a one year old puppy is never expected to have as much muscling or chest as, say, a four year old adult dog.

How often perhaps you have seen a man benching while arching his straight back and jumping the weight off his chest? Properly please don't follow that moron. Allow him learn the hard way since you can learn the good way from here https://tr.im/T3oWw .
Critical Bench is a bench push program individualized by MikeWesterdal. It's among the significantly common bodybuilding programs that lines up with other significant weight lifting routines like Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.
