Spray the pan with Pam cooking oil, then crack the shell of the egg placing the egg itself into the pan. Then throw the egg shell out. Turn the oven on and start your cooking. You can scramble the egg, make it over medium, hard or sunny side up!!

enjoy :)

When I cook eggs whether it be fried or scrambled, I always use Pam cooking spray. I don't like my eggs greasy or tasting like butter. Plus, it is a tid bit healthier.

I always cook the bacon first and fry the eggs in the bacon grease. If not cooking bacon I use a little lard to fry the eggs.

Spray a little cooking spray in the pan or a little olive oil, or canola is good, or vegetable oil or shortening. You can use a little dab of margarine. Bacon grease too if you want a lot of fat ........
