Dark green leafy vegatables like spinach and broccoli also raisins, red meat and calves liver are highest in iron content. Consumption of caffeine beverages can deplete your iron levels so try not to drink too much tea, coffee, Red Bull, etc.

The best source of iron in your diet is apples, raisins,
dried figs and spinach are the best vegetarian source
and to facilitate better absorption of iron in these foods
presence of vitamin C helps so do have a lemondade
or orange juice while consuming these foods. Best of
luck in your hair growth.

There are supplements out there like folic acid and biotin that also help your hair and nails.
Iron is found in fish, too. Green leafy vegetables, etc.
A great way to healthy hair is through the scalp. If you massage your scalp it could lead to healthier hair growth.

Well, I'm a vegetarian, so I obviously need a BUNCH of iron. I take a load of vitamins. Dark vegetables help. Like brocolli, spinach, etc. It's yummy. For spinach, if you don't want it cooked, eat it raw and mix it up in a salad. That's how I like it. <3
