From the song, "Already Gone" by the Eagles, "so often times it happens when you look up in the sky, you can see the stars and still not see the light"

Life is a miracle, and all that we see is a miracle, that is the "light."

Atheists cannot see the light becase there thinkihng just enough to not accept the church blindly, but not quite enough to see that there must be a supreme being.

only a person with a closed mind would think that way. I say you should not try to understand because you never will. By saying can you see the light?? how old is that how do you know there is even a light at all have you died and seen it yourself or you take the picture that are being feed to you.

From the song "Industrial Disease" by Dire Straits:

"Two men say they're Jesus... one of them must be wrong."

There are 3,000 known beliefs in deities on Earth. Which one is correct? Or are none of them correct? Human beings need to stop telling "God" what to do and what to be.

btw: I'm not an atheist, but just saying "why can't you see the light" won't convert any of them, and if I were you I wouldn't try. My "god" is the natural universe - try proving that doesn't exist.

It is easier not to see the light because light in itself is a revealer and therefore they are afraid to reveal who they really are-God's creation- for the fear that one day they will have to give an account to Him.

Their minds tell them that just because they cant see something it means its not there: such deception is typical of those decribed in the following passage..

2 Corinthians 4

"3But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

4In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."

The best of men would faint, if they did not receive mercy from God. And that mercy which has helped us out, and helped us on, hitherto, we may rely upon to help us even to the end. But the design of the devil is, to keep men in ignorance; and when he cannot keep the light of the gospel of Christ out of the world, he spares no pains to keep men from the gospel, or to set them against it. The rejection of the gospel is here traced to the wilful blindness and wickedness of the human heart. Self was not the matter or the end of the apostles' preaching; they preached Christ as Jesus, the Saviour and Deliverer, who saves to the uttermost all that come to God through him.

What light? If you mean some sort of religious mumbo-jumbo light based on a book with a talking donkey then I've taken a look and I'm not interested, thank you

Christians? Why oh, why? Why Christians? Can't you see how brainwashed you are?

What would truly be a miracle is if you could walk and chew gum at the same time

Atheists are waiting for concrete proofs of God's existence. Unfortunately there is none. Belief in God is anchored on faith.
Faith is making a decision (and committing your life to that decision) under conditions of partial ignorance. Atheists wants to believe in God under conditions of total and absolute knowledge of His existence.

Not to worry. They'll come around. If not in this life, then surely in the next. See you there!

An athiest is a person who chooses not to believe in God and that is their right. If they are to believe in God they need to experience him. I think if they seek God and look for him he will but I am not the one to make that final decision. Best way is to share your experiences with them and help them maybe experience God as you may have experienced God for your self. Called testimonies. They can choose to accept them or discount them but only you know for sure what you experience. They have to seek God for their own experience but God gave them the freedom to also go their own way.
