Is this the correct phrase in english "Can I have this brochure?"
I need to get a brochure from one of the stalls.

Yes, it's correct. However, some English teachers might say it's better to ask, "May I have this brochure?" since that's asking more if you are allowed, rather than if you are able to have it.
The logic behind that is flawed, most people use "can" but nevertheless.

May I have this brochure...? …is the right sentence… means “let me pickup….” sort of expression…
…‘can’ word is used where we need to express that “would we be able to pick the brochure up” sort of expression…

Its OK. You could also say:

May I have this brochure.

Technically, yes. Although you might want to say "May" instead of "Can" and add please to the end.
