okay so him and his cousin and his 2 other friends jumped these three boys they stole all they stuff and 2 of the boys did major damage to the boys they jumped but the only people that got caught was my boyfriend and his cousin his cousin was the one who did some major damage to the boy but my boyfriend only was hitting the guy in his arms cause he was blocking his face okay and they had court today and they said if the sheriff comes to get them then they going to take it to an adult court but if he dont come they going to leave it at the juvenile court this happened 2 sundays ago but he just got locked up on the 24th i just wanted to know if the sheriff comes is that bad... i know nothing about this type of stuff so yeah

Obviously you're not serious about asking for advice since practically everyone (including myself) suggests dropping this guy and moving on.
Moving on, we can only ascertain that this is an attention grabbing post where you want us to believe your boyfriend is some sort of thug. If throwing sucker punches to a bunch of kids makes someone a thug - congratulations, he gets the title.
In the end, he didn't make a "mistake." A mistake is putting your shoes on the wrong foot, or locking your keys in your car. What this idiot did was commit a crime, and with any luck he will be tried as an adult. 16 is old enough to know better.
If being with this guy makes you happy, then go for it. It's your life. Starting life with felony charges isn't going to be peachy though. Don't expect him to land a real job ("Would you like fries with that?").

You need to find a boyfriend that is not a good-for-nothing thug. Don't try to say that what he did is not that bad! He beat and robbed someone. How would you feel if that happend to you or someone in your family. If he has the mindset that beating and robbing people is the way to get ahead and gain the things that he wants, then he is not anyone that is going to have a future. Get away before you end up having a child with this thug and are then stuck for life.

Find a new boyfriend, better yet, forget about boys for a while and concentrate on you. You are way too young and have way too much life ahead of you to be concerned with these things right now. When I was your age, I was attracted to the "bad boy" types too, I ended up in an abusive marriage and learned the hard way that I needed to make better choices.

You should ditch him. He is only going to bring you trouble. How do you know what he did and didn't do? If he does something like this then I am sure he will lie to you too. Yeah, it is bad if the sheriff came and wanted to try him as an adult. It means some pretty bad stuff went down. Listen to what everyone is trying to tell you.

Don't make a stupid mistake so young. He's violent and the situation doesn't matter. Why do you care if he is in an adult prison or Juvenile? It doesn't matter because it should no longer concern you. LEAVE ASAP!!!!
Change your phone number, talk to your parents, do whatever you have to do, to permanently remove him from your life. You need to have high standards and this is not acceptable. I wish you the best and good luck getting rid of him!

You're always 'in love' at the age. You don't want a guy like this in your life. If he's such a great guy, then why is he hanging around with his cousin and these so called friends of his? Not a good situation. Just think of what would have happened if you were with them when it happened?

If he goes around jumping and beating strangers what makes you think you are immune? You aren't old enough to know what love is yet. I think people like him should be shot on sight like they do looters, and I feel the same way about gang members, I say kill them all, problem solved! If people knew they would be shot just for being in a gang there would be fewer wannabes enlisting!

He doesnt sound like the kind of guy you go with to finally end up in an prolonged term courting with .. soooo with that being pronounced .. have exciting together with his ***..
