free, simple, includes everything you need with your body, gravity and a floor.

It's fun.

Although it's easy too, you can bring an amazing level of mastery to it. It is very much like music in this respect. You can do it OK with a little practice. With a lot of practice, you can achieve mastery.

This has worked for me and all my friends who have tried it. There are thousands of other people who will also tell you, YOGA is the king of all exercise.

The best way to lose weight is to change your whole attitude about the way you eat. Diets can help you lose weight, but i believe that you need to change the way you use food for life. You are not going to lose weight unless you are motivated to lose it. I have currently lost weight by eating 1200 calories a day. I have about 5 small meals a day so that I can keep my matabolism fast. I think drinking slim fasts, and eating lean cuisines have contributed to me losing weight. ( the lean cuisines actually taste very good!) I alos drink 6- 8 glasses of water a day, and I work out on an eliptical atleast 6 times a week

This is what I did and it worked for me!!

Eat small meals at least 5 times a day and write down what you eat or go to fitday.com and just add the food there and they add it for you This helps me out alot.
1st week eat
1,200 calories
33 fat
90 carbs
135 protein

2nd week go up to
1,600 calories
60 fat
130 carbs
160 protein
Stay on the 2nd week til you reach your goal in weight.
I did this and lost right at 20 pounds in 6 weeks.
I also worked out 3 times a week at Curves.
I have lost a total of 30 pounds and over 30 inches with in a

shock your body with different types of excercise so do swimming one day then jogging the next and then something else the next, also replace chocolate bars with fruit, i find nectrines, apricots and golden delicious apples work for me. And make sure you drink enough water maybe switch other drinks with water. Eat well at meal times so you don't snack in between. but make the change gradual when you diet! don't switch drastically to salads, you need to make sure you get the right amount of proteins etc. Good Luck! i hope this helped you!

I was 200 pounds, I stopped using Wheat products ( It contain gluten and I discovered I was allergic to it, most people are but do not know). I made sure there was no MSG in my foods (see http://www.stayinformed.info/about/aboutmsg.htm for info) . I ate plenty of mega salads with tuna some time. I removed sugar from my diet and added flax seed oil chromium to help with the sugar craving and speed up the metabolism. added green and ginger tea organic decaf tea to my diet. I lost 30 pounds without exercise. I was too busy to exercise attend grad school, working, and being with my family. I'm now at my natural weight and very healthy according to my doctor. I now walk and jog as well but not too much.

Sweetie, it all comes down to will power!! I had to commit to do some sort of physical activity on a daily basis. I rode my bike a lot, and walked and ate a lot of veggies! If you swap your exercise then you won't get bored with your routine.

I might not really recommend this to you but I just don't really eat anything and exercise excessively. If I ever do eat it would be one piece of gum depending on the amount of cals or a small bite of celery. But that's it I only drink water and rarely with crystal light. I do lunges ,squats ,jumping jacks ,lots of dancing, weight lifting(kinda hard) and biking as well as running and I'm gonna be in track and field. Goodluck you will lose that weight! Oh yea and I lost about 40 lbs! I'm alomst 90 lbs

I had hypnosis. Did the trick for me. Made me exercise and stick to a sensible diet. Good luck.
