I took a shower last night, & I kept sneezing, & I woke up this morning with runny nose & congestion. This happened to me 2 weeks ago, & then I kept getting headaches & having hacking cough. I thing I'm going through this cycle again. I'm glad I'm going to the doctor in 3 hrs.

It may be because of the weather going in and out from heat to airconditioning...and if you had it two weeks ago maybe you are coming in contact with something that you are allergic to?! Anyway you are almost to the doctor and I'm sure he will be able to tell you something!!

Maybe your immune system is down from your last bout of whatever sickness you have. To boost it up try Increasing the amount of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Garlic, folic acid, selenium and zinc along with echinacea in your diet. If you cant do this by food try taking the supplements.
I swear on these vitamins and herbs as I take them Daily. I hardly ever get sick.
Also you might be run down yourself from working too hard, not getting enough sleep, overly stressed etc etc. If this is the case I advise you get some help form a close friend or family member or even a professional along with taking the vitamins and herbs I described before.

I don't think you got over the first cycle of illness. I am glad you are going to the doctor too. Your immune system is lowered because of the stress you are under. I hope you get some rest and start feeling better soon.

Are you just sick when you are at home? Then, maybe you should change your air filter in your air conditioner. I never get sick and don't have allergies, but I noticed that I started sneezing alot. So, we changed our air filter and it all went away. Hope this helps!

You are sick again because your Siamese twin died last week. This is also why that guy you like at work won't talk to you anymore. It is really scaring people.

It might just be allergies. but i had similar symptoms and it turned out to be bronchitis.
