Assuming drive D is a hard drive that nero is using as temp space, look for a folder containing .VOB files if you have been creating DVD films on disc. Chances are you have a set of images taking up space that you can now delete, for some reason Nero doesn't always remove it own temp files

I don't use nero, but it could create files for the converted version and leave them on your drive. The program I use has an option to delete these after the conversion and burn is complete. Look for an option like this and then search your hard drive for these files and delete them.

you need to specify what's your drive d? It's a hard drive disk or a dvd-cd or what. Let me tell you that we use to burn files, softwares, music into cd-r, dvd-cd, etc. So I don't get what's in your drive D. Each has its limit according to its size. If there's a cd-r which supports 700 mb only, you can't burn files, videos, music, etc, whose weight goes beyond that limit. that's why.
