it's not bad the egg yoke is fat and cholesterol you don't need. i eat egg whites everyday its good protein with lots of vitamins and minerals no fat and no carbs or egg substitutes. have you ever tried making an egg white omelet ...sooo good. last night i made

you should try it

half shredded zucchini
Pam cooking spray
add some spices in the pan
its basically amazing

Eggs are the best options for breakfast since they are fast absorbing and can provide the body nutrition quick after fasting all night. It is a gift from mother nature and the most wonderfull food on earth. You can eat upto two yolks and 4 egg whites with no problem. I eat 10 egg whites/ 4 yolks everyday and I am only 180Lbs slim guy with perfect cholestrol.

There's nothing wrong with eggs in general. The egg whites mostly only contain protein while the yolk contains the amino acids, vitamins, and minerals your body needs. There's nothing wrong with the fat in yolk, you need fats to survive. Eggs have been basically given a bad rap for nothing.

There are people who ate fried eggs every day of their life (yolk and whites) and lived to be in their 90's. There are some who ate nothing but health food every day but died in their 40's. Living a long life is much more than just picking the right foods to eat. There is your life environment, how much you exercise, and just plain genetic disposition.

Egg whites are fine-grade 1 protein-have all you like in my opinion.
I eat probably 4 complete eggs at least a day and my cholesterol is very low.
Combine them with fish even better for you.

haha your silly.
the only thing "bad" about the yolks is cholesterol.
so if you dont have high cholesterol, knock yourself out. I love eggs too and I think the only BAD thing about them would be not cooking them thouroughly- the germs and such.
Ive read numerous places eggs dont have much nutritional value, but it does have iron. so yeah.. eat all you wont you wont get fat and or/ die. :D
