No I Don't know of a pair of goggles on the face of the earth that will stop a High Caliber round.(even stop a .22 for that matter) I think eye protection for Soldiers is really more a matter of Fragment Stoppage. As far as overall protection for today's combat soldier, not even the US Army's Kevlar Body Armor will stop a .50 Caliber machine gun bullet.

Your not serious about that question are you? If the military were able to produce or get ANY kind of material that was able to PREVENT bullets from getting through, don't you think that every military person would be wearing hundreds of these eye protection devices all over their bodies? I know that I would. But, since it doesn't exist it really doesn't matter.

Combat eye protection just doesn't shatter easily and it wraps around the face to provide a large area of protection. It is made to keep dirt and shrapnel out of eyes.
It will not deflect a bullet. It will not deflect shrapnel at close range.

I'm not sure what the Wiley X glasses/goggles will stop but I have seen them stop small pieces of shrapnel and a couple of BBs from a shotgun. I started wearing mine all the time after that!

i dont know of any eye protection who can prevent a bullet to hit you...
eye protection is used to prevent debri and gas to get in to your eyes and make you loose sight in combat.

eye protection is particulary useful when you are in indoor operations or in urban anti terror squads. once the shooting starts there are plenty of things that blow and ruin your view.
