Because they are used to females allowing them too. Guys were like that when I was young too. They just weren't "lucky". Because of that they could accept a turn down. Now a days it s differeent. They are expecting the girl wants to hand over, and they rightfully think that way. If most girls said no, most guys wouldn't be looking for it.
