Since you're 13 you're still growing. Some people I know changed hugely from 13 to like 16. If when you're sixteen you think you want to lose a few pounds you can, but don't go worrying about it now, especially since you aren't overweight. Talk to your doctor, eat lots of fruits and veggies, and get exercise in by taking up a sport or walking or jump roping. Please, DO NOT LISTEN TO ALL THE INSENSITIVE EXTREMELY WRONG PEOPLE WHO ARE TELLING YOU YOU'RE FAT!!!!! YOU'RE NOT!!! Just live a healthy lifestyle and love the skin you're in because right now it's changing everyday and in a few years you might grow some and post a question here asking if you're too skinny! ;)

Is this a new trend asking questions such as "am i fat" do you really want to hear the truth? Do people com up on the street to you ans say wow this girl is grossly fat, do you really think you are fat being 128lbs?? If you have to ask yourself if you are fat, chances are you are. At 13 you should't even worry your pretty little head with such things. Do you feel good about yourself when you look in the mirror? Are you healthy? When you jog for a minute do you need a 10 minute break to catch your breath? If not, then you're fine.

Steph
I would have to view a full length picture as just the numbers don't really compute. It is all about how your mass is distributed and the amount of natural muscle tissue you naturally have.
Muscle is denser than fat, as is bone, so if your natural "frame" or skeleton is well made plus upholstered with plentiful muscle tissue you would automatically weigh more than someone who had a slighter design.

This fact could also make their score on the scales appear visually as being a "fat" person where as you might look fantastic at that SAME scales weight read-out. 'Cos simply a larger frame carries it better.

As every human falls into the following three categories of design then it is all about what you are constructed like.

Perhaps you could look up the definitions of each term yourself.
That way you would absorb the differences and understand how you are made.

"Mesomorph"
"Endomorph"
"Ectomorph"

Hope this helps.

No, you're not fat.

MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT.

For anyone calling you fat, they're ignorant and completely rude. The average woman in the USA is 5'4" and weighs 125-150 pounds.

Nowadays, people are so obsessed with stick figures and small frames that they seem to forget that real, REAL women have curves, a booty, hips, and breasts - not the body of a 10 year old!

Being healthy and overweight are two different subjects. In order to calculate whether you're healthy or not is to calculate your BMI.

Always remember that a woman figure is of exact weight. Are you athletic ? If you are then you have alot more weight from your muscle mass not from fat. Sweety you are still a child that still has baby fat on you. You will shed those unwanted baby fat cells by you 16th birthday. Just stay active and always exercise at the least 30 min. everyday

You're not fat. You are within your ideal body weight range, although you are at the high end of it. If you do try to lose any weight, it shouldn't be any more than 5 pounds. I think you sound just fine!
