The question should be rendered: Do you believe in A God?
By saying simply God, you have in fact asked about THE God, whereas whatever you meant by saying God cannot be deduced from your question.
This may seem being overly pedantic but it is a real problem in framing the question because EVERYONE believes in a DIFFERENT God as long as their CONCEPT of God DIFFERS.
Thus the question is too ambiguous, but like automatons, there will always be a mob of people who are willing to say they believe in "God" even though NO definition has been forthcoming.

I "belive", that every man/women has the right to its own faith, as long as they don't confuse it with facts, which our modern society is based on in science, health care, logistics and industries.

I would say "NO" to all other gods.
I would say "YES" to the only one TRUE God, who is manifested in three persons.
