I am african and have lived there for like 16 yrs of my life. In all I have seen i would request fro God to give us love. Because most situations all come from lack of love, if we loved each other well rather than seek for power, sudan would have its neighbouring countries sponsoring and helping them. Nigerians$ would rather seek to find money with legitimate means rather than bribery on doing scams. There wouldnt be tribal or ethnic wars. there wold be one big family helping and catering to each others need.

Actually living in Africa and studying development:

I would give them freedom from those who give while wanting more back. Those who are to ignorent to see that their donations come with a price tag. Those who create subsidies that $crew$ Africa while pretending to do the good thing. Those whose one-sided trade agreements costs Africa more than it makes in donations.

Then will only be left those who gives to develop Africa into a rightfull, equal and egalitarian trading partner. Those who are paying old colonial debts with humility.

Not to sound judgemental. We appreciate donations but there are better ways of helping us.

The understanding that faith is not a justification for controlling other people.[1]

This one principle would take care of a host of African problems:

- HIV, hepatitis, and overpopulation (from religious constraints on sexual matters).

- The perennial fratricidal religious conflicts in the Sahel region and in Nigeria.

- Starvation due to religious wars.

- Genetal mutilation, especially of girls.

I am not God, and He wants everyone to come to the knowledge of His Son. And many in Africa are. Jesus
Christ is the only answer.

I would offer them salvation. And wouldn't you know it - the one thing that they need the most has already been offered to them!!!

Many Africans are beginning to see what Jesus did for them, and because they accept this gift they know that when they die, they will be in eternal paradise; a life free from AIDS, thirst, hunger, illness, oppression and violence.

More food and less reliance on other countries to feed them.

Or, I would give them all a map.....and tell them to move to where the food actually is instead of starving.

Wells....they need water. With water they can grow their own food, and be able to survive.
