Try switching to Talk Talk. Their bills are very easy to understand - £10.50 line rental and £9.99 for the Talk 3 International package, which includes unlimited calls at any time to geographical numbers in the UK and abroad. Also, broadband is thrown in!! I took a while of speaking to their call centre agents in India before I could finally get connected, but now I am, I have no regrets.

Took sometime to work it out,but I have Option 2 and direct debit together with paperless billing. If you use this system, you can view your accou.nt on line which will give you a complete breakdown of every call and relevant charges.
