I checked with the Department of Family and Children Services, and they couldn't help me. So who else can I contact? I am in the state of Georgia, in the metro Atlanta area.

contact OSHA. Work places have to abide by the rules conduct and regulations of their industry. Contact OSHA and let them know of your complaint and they will check into the place. Good Luck.

They should be regulated by the Child Care Licensing Office of the state.....go to the Department of Early Care and Learning page on the State of Georgia website for further information.

I don't know about checking for violations...but look up your child's daycare facility online. It should say if they're accredited or not. You don't get those without being a fairly good facility. Also look them up on the Better Business Bureau. You can see if anyone else has filed complaints against them. That ought to help make up your mind about whether or not you want to keep your child there.
