God's love is extended to everyone according to John 3:16: for God so loved the world........

You and your son can go on a fishing trip. You can rent a small boat and guide it out into the water. While he's fishing, your son can catch a mighty fish that pulls him in the water. And because he can't swim, your son can be drowning. You can reach over and hold your hand out to the boy, that he might be saved. You can love him with every fiber of your being, when you extend your hand. You can have the strength and the power to pull him out of the water. But if he won't take your hand--if he won't trust you enough to take your hand, he'll drown. Even as much as you love him, he'll drown. God loves us even more than this. He wants to keep us from drowning. Doesn't matter if you're an atheist, or not. God is leaning over the side of the boat. His hand is stretched out and He's eager to save you. He has the strength, the power, and glory to save you; if you'll take His hand.

So I'd say, no. God does not love you.

I myself am Christian, so yes, God does love those that do not love him. Atheists included. The world was made for us to choose who we'd love, God, or some other thing you'd worship, but God will always love you.

Yes he does love those people who choose not to believe him, even atheists. He doesn't expect anyone to love him back. That's just how wonderful he is, and when you feel his love, you will feel a whole lot better.

God is love. He loved us before we were even formed (even athiests) We are all still his creation (wether we believe it or not) So, yes! God loves EVERYONE because God is love!
