Your birds should be better off by themselves if the other birds are bulling them. The only thing I would worry about is the fact that they are now in a green house. I’m not sure about where your green house is located but, if it was planned to be a successful one it would be open to sunlight all day and collect heat. Even though it has ventilation is still possible that your birds could get heat stroke. To further prevent this from happening you need to put in a place where your birds can get away from direct sunlight. You may also wish to put in a fan. I don’t know if green houses have windows but if they do you may wish to open them. If the windows do not have a screen the chickens will most likely get outside though. And make sure they have a steady supply of cold water. The water mustn’t be too cold (Like ice cube cold, just regular cold water from the sink) or the chickens could go into shock.

Good luck,

That's going to happen when you mix flocks. It's not called "pecking order" without reason.

You're better off keeping these 2 chickens separated from the other flock. Indeed, many chicken keepers will cull the entire older flock before bringing in the new one.

Just as others have said, watch the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse or you may just accidentally "cook" your new birds.

My best guess from your statement is that the roosters are competing for the spot of "the only rooster left standing." This is normal but then again when you mix your flock the winner will not be able to enjoy his "throne" for long. The adult rooster will wipe him out.

Separate them and sell off before it's too late.
