When you're able to see EVIL in those around you and name it what it is and pronounce it for what it is for those who are EVIL and everyone else
Does it mean, does that ability mean, does the act of pronouncing something EVIL
Mean YOU are really really really really GOOD?

No, just insightful and judgmental. By what right do you call a thing in someone else evil without first measuring your own thoughts and deeds? Worry about the pole in your own eye before you worry about the splinter in your brother's eye. If you and two others together see the evil, then you all come and call it what it is, but not you alone. If it's truly evil, others will see it and back you up.

It could mean you are delusional. No one is good and we are all evil to a degree. So define evil? In my mind Evil is varying degrees of selfishness. On one extreme you might be evil because you have a difficult time empathizing with others while to the other extreme which would be pure evil would be to desire to take the very life from someone just to derive pleasure. Can a person really see evil...isn't evil a choice or an action? Isn't good simply surpressing the urge to give in to evil desires cuz we all have them..but for me...I'd sooner cut off my hand than kill someone though I have been so angry at times this didn't seem so...Does that make me good? Does giving something to the needy or helping someone make me good? No..the thing I chose to do was good. There is no altruism...Only except where Jesus is concerned..cuz whose He trying to empress and/or perhaps build up His own self esteem by doing good deeds? No one is good, except Him that comes from the Father...anything Good on this planet comes from Him...its not of Him, then its evil. How freakin hard is it anyway to pronounce something as evil when its in fact evil. You'd be pretty dern stoopid to call Manson or Hussain one of the good guys. So yeah...you might be one of those delusional types that think you are powerless and insignificant unless you have some special super human capability and profound understanding of the world around you...something perhaps the rest of should take notice of as you don on red cape and take to the skies...you are a human being...simply make good choices and avoid caving into the evil ones...The best good choice is to Choose GOD! You do not call evil good. Not ever! Only God is good.
One of the gifts of the Spirit is discerning of spirits. (1 Corinthians 12:10) It apparently refers to the God-given ability to tell whether a prophetic speech came from God's Spirit or from another source opposed to God.

Nope. It means that you resonate with and are attuned to the darkness within. (You even felt the need to capitalize EVIL!) Besides, what constitutes evil is highly subjective. Just because you pronounce something as evil, doesn't make it so.

it could mean a lot of things...
you could be really really judgemental
you could be hallucinating
you could be doing drugs (not necessarily the same thing as hallucinating)
or there is a slight possibility that you are spiritually gifted, in which case why aren't you trying to help.
but i don't believe that it means that you are really really good.
were you going for poetry there?

Not necessarily, you could be evil yourself and know it and then recognize your evil traits and in someone else. Of telling them not to do it would then hypocrisy, but whatever.
