I guess I'm talking about...

Yeah...i think so..apart from overlaps between religions...that's when the boundaries get a bit blurred - such as monotheistic religions - they have a similar basis to each other, so followers of each would probably find fewer myths in those than an atheist would find in a theist's.
But yeah i think it's right in principle. What's very real to one person can make no sense to another.

I disagree with it.

All stories about gods, including those about my own gods, is mythology.

Mythology is not, by definition, untrue.

Using the word mythology to discuss stories about my gods has no effect upon the reality of those gods.

Therefore, stories about MY gods are mythology as are the stories about other people's gods.
Religion encompasses mythology, liturgy and theology, in general, at the minimum. It would be silly to say any of those three were the sum total of any religion.

Edit: I find it amusing that some of the very people who complain (rightly) that others are ignorant of the meaning of the word theory cling tightly to an ignorant usage of the word mythology.

It's a pretty accurate statement. After all..Greek and Roman mythology were once Greek and Roman RELIGION...until the church deemed it a bunch of nonsense...then it was relegated to the realm of myth...

Same thing will eventually happen with our new age religions...they'll all be relegated to myth eventually, and new religions will spring up to take their place.

Absolutely true. Myths are simply religious stories meant to treat morals and history. That is exactly what the Torah, Bible, and Koran are, books of myths.

I can see that.
If I didn't believe in what I was doing with all my heart, I wouldn't do it. I'm sure the same is true of others who believe differently than I do. I am not the judge of anyone else. I am charged to do what is right in my own life.
I am a Christian.

I think thats a pretty fair answer. Not everyone has the same beliefs so some ae going to be fiction and others shall be non-fiction

It is a 100% true statement.

It does not, however, change the fact that someone's religion is the correct one.

We all tend to think that our brand of religion is the only one.

As for me, I "know" that belief in the Judeo-Christian God is the "one way."

I consider that statement to be a fact. I also like this related quote: One person's religion is another person's belly laugh.
