why do you need to call them anything. If the only thing they don't eat is red meat its going to be a lot simpler saying i don't eat red meat that giving it some long label that you then have to spend half an hour explaining what it means

Just to clear this up:
A vegetarian is someone who abstains from eating meat - i.e. the flesh of an animal be it cow, chicken, pig, fish, seafood, lamb, etc.

A vegan is someone who abstains from all animal products including meat, leather, wool, fur, eggs, milk, honey, silk, butter, cheese, marshmallows, jell-o, mayonaise, etc.

If you don't not fall into the aforementioned categories, you don't have a specific name. You are someone who only eats fish.

Game potentially includes meat. Duck is red meat.

Fish IS meat. Meat is another word for flesh and fish have flesh. There are "labels" associated with these diets but I think they are silly. People who eat any type of flesh are still called omnivores.

FYI Game can be red meat(what is deer or moose meat but red).
These folks are just avoiding livestock(beef, pork, lamb) because of the injected stuff that COULD be in the meat ( growth hormones, steroids, other)

You call them pesce-pollotarians. "Pesce-pollotarianism" (or chickifishitarian) is a pejorative neologism that means one who includes both chicken and fish in their diets as well as non-meats (see flexitarianism), but pescetarianism and pollotarianism are separate entities. Pescetarians eat fish but do not eat any other sort of meat.
