Normally Photoshop is used to converty from one format to another, I am not familiar with .bmp format.
Photoshop gives you the option to chnge to over 15 different formats.
Remember this many programs will make there own format that I call obscure formats that are not generally used and require the program that made them to open them.
So in response if you can open any Raw Image in Photoshop you can convert it.

maximum printing presses use 4 colorings of ink -- cyan, magenta, yellow and black -- in an additive technique that produces a "finished colour" image. in the experience that your photographs are to be revealed, that's frequently suitable for the printer's pre-press operation to do the separation from an RGB jpeg or TIFF. each and every press, platemaker and so on. is diverse. The printer's imagers will understand the technical info required for solid duplicate on their kit. Saving a CMYK EPS without that know-how won't produce the suitable consequences.
