I'm not giving you 5 examples each, you can do that yourself! Natural law is the law of nature, the pattern that all things will follow left to their own devices, eg, survival of the fittest.
Moral law is the laws that human beings are expected to abide by according to what we deem to be moral and ethical behaviour. Some will argue that moral reasoning is subjective, and therefore not a true measure, eg, different people, different values.
Divine law is the law according to a 'God', whatever shape or form that may take for different people, and the theory that we are all here to serve a purpose, and follow a pre-set destiny or 'plan' which is ordained by a higher power and order.

I can maybe give you some ideas. Natural law, what we call laws of physics...gravity, for one. Moral would be not murdering someone, but this would be based on the Divine. Divine laws could be what is done in the natural effects the spiritual.
