yes... a beach in Thailand on my diving trip, emerald crystal of water, infinitely transparent , impossibly white sand stretching forever, the green of palm trees without end, total silence, and white columns of clouds floating against infinitely turquoise sky... infinite variety of seashells under my feet...it was a simple but humbling experience... all of them for me to admire, all conjured by the hand of the infinite... it tasted like sea salt and Pacific breeze...
world is like a huge bridge, cross it, but do not build your house on it... one who has hope for one infinite moment in life shall have hope for eternity, the world exists for just one such moment, if you find it, spend it nobly and with the infinite in your heart, the rest is unknowable...

The infinite is expressed in every portion of the universe. Me you, and the bagel I had for breakfast. So yes, I tasted infinity this morning...tasted like cinnamon raisin, with low-fat cream cheese.

Yes, I have. Steve used to be able to induce such a feeling in me during certain magical exercises. And also I have had a similar experience with large doses of an illegal drug. Believe me, the organic way first mentioned is the superior one. No need to risk imprisonment or psychosis -- although come to think of it, the risk of psychosis is included in most intense love affairs, isn't it?

I have had very good luck in a casino, walked away from car accident, and have lived when possibly I should be injured or dead. Yet I live and am not injured. I believe I have tasted it.
