In my car how many miles or kilometres I can go on flat tyres,without any damage to the rim or the car and at wot speed ?

If you own "cheap" tires (Canadian spelling), they will probably disintegrate and you will definitely destroy your rims.
If you purchase a good quality tire (you should always buy the best tire you can afford because you are RIDING on them!), they are built to remain more stable when flat.
If you are on a higher speed road, it will probably take you more time and distance to pull over and stop, which does take it's toll on a tire and possibly the rim too.
I have always used Michelin tires, and when I have had a flat tire, have had it repaired without any problems to the tire or the rims.
I never drive any more than necessary on a flat tire. I pull over, call the autoclub, or change it myself right there.
We are human and we do forget to get that spare tire fixed, so a membership to an autoclub is worth it to me.
I don't know about "low profile" tires and rims though.
There isn't much tire there to protect the rim.

Unless you have run flat as talked about above, the answer is NONE Zero Stop now!!!
Sorry, but do not DO THAT!! Damage to the rim will happen very quickly and the tire as it disintegrates will destroy your wheel wells and leave dangerous parts behind you.

There is a tire called a "run flat" that is designed to stay together when deflated. I believe they are only safe at about 40 mph. but not sure for what distance. They were factory equipment on some Cadilac's. Other than that I would not recomend driving at all on a flat.

WITHOUT THE TIRE CALLED THE "RUN FLAT" NOT FAR AT ALL UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THE RIM AND ALL THE HEAT THAT WILL DEVELOP AND RUIN SOMETHING ELSE.
