GMTV have set up 3 separate compo schemes worth £2.5m for viewers who were scammed into entering competitions they couldn't win. (D.Telegraph today). Apparently Richard and Judy are also paying compo.
So, how do we make a claim for a refund, if we have entered any of these competitons ?

On the Gmtv site they have set up a whole page for people who rung up and entered their competition view this here.
http://www.gm.tv/competitions/index.html on the site is a claim form which you provide you details to here is what it says.
In order to process your refund claim we need you to confirm that you are happy for us to share your details with other parties. These details will only be used to process your claim. Please press ACCEPT to confirm.
I went on the richard a judy website which is http://www.channel4.com/entertainment/tv/microsites/R/richardandjudy/ and at the bottom of the screen their is a number to call it is You Say We Pay refund line!

Providing you can prove you called the number you could claim or what would be interesting is a civil suit for fraud. If each individual did this it would be very interesting

Contact ICSTIS, they regulate premium services and have been investigating into these scams. If you contact them, then no doubt they will sort something out for you.

it was on the TV this morning. u hgave to go to the website where there are claims forms!
