There is a difference between joy and happiness.

For many people, happiness is distraction from the horror of reality. The reality is that we are going to grow old and die and all of loved ones will grow old and die and a few weeks after we're gone, no one will ever think of us again. The reality is that our lives have no purpose, no meaning, no point.

Joy is the hope that the One who created us exists and cares about us. Joy is knowing that despite the horror of death and the grave that everything comes out good at the end.

Easy to find happiness in yourself... it's called Serotonin (sp?)and if you can't find it on your own, you can swallow pills- OH, WAIT, then you'd still find it INSIDE yourself

Sorry I normally will not post without the right spelling or grammar... but I'm tired and wanted to get to sleep and the Spell Check does not include the proper spelling of the word.

Path of happiness only can create by U.. easily..

don't control your feeling..
be use to what u r and how u r..
feel urself.. do what you want 2 do.

But believe me. if you want to find happiness in ourselves, first learn be as good human being and teach other to be as good human being. this is the way you can find happiness..

The problem is striving for 'happiness' that is unobtainable. We're never happy with what we've got.
