The most effective porn blocker for most modern machines these days is called the "Power Switch" only j/k
There must be some more info on the Mac specialty sites...try some of the freeware/shareware sites and see if any of the products offer a Mac variant.

Trying to block every porn site is like trying to stop the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico. It can't be done, you can block some but not all. Use the parental controls control panel on your Mac and set them up with a separate login for guests to use.
