Shoud my landlord re-imburse my hotel expenses cause I need to vacate my house while they fumigate for bugs?

All I can say is "good Luck" it happens all the time in Las Vegas and, your lucky to have a place to go. It usually doesn't take more then a few hours though so, you shouldn't have to stay anywhere. They usually work with you to do your place while your at work and, are done when you get home. You don't really need a place to stay.

I suppose it depends how the bugs got there - if it's your fault, then I think he'd be within his rights to charge you for it. If not, then I think at the very least you should not have to pay rent for the time you're not living there.
