Said above that the unusual summer in the UK is because the trans atlantic jet stream has not moved north as usual for the summer but we dont know why that is. There is no link to a drought because so much rain has fallen and the water cycle as a whole will continue ad infinitum. Rain only falls because it has "gone up" or evaporated from some body of water and then cooled to saturation level. Forecast is better for next week though which is good as I will ride north to the UK at the weekend on 2 wheels and I really would like to bring some sunshine with me.

If they would stop trying to make it rain when they are not suppose to it wouldnt be so screwed up.
Also the sun is expoding little by little & causes weather changes & tornatoes & hurricanes etc.

well call me supersticious (however you spell it lol) but it did rain on St Swithens day so in theory it should rain for 40 days and 40 nights, sorry

We ARE gettinG it bEcAUsE the jet stream which carries depressions is further south than usual.
