No prefrence. If I'm feeling pretty ucky before going to bed I shower. If I'm going somewhere I shower in the morning because it wakes me up!

As a rule when I get up. But there are days when I will shower before I go to bed.

I always shower before I go out of my house in the morning, but if I do something that gets me dirty/sweaty, I will shower again before going to bed.

Sometimes i do one or the other depending on how i fell that day most of the time i do it before i go to bed because i may not always have time in the morning..but for the most part i do it before i go to bed.when i do it in the morning it really just to wake me up.

At night. I like to go to bed clean and if I shower at night, I always know what to put on after (my pajamas)

not healthy to take a shower before going to bed...better do it early in the morning...makes you feel fresher
