I was walking down the street and I saw an old lady. I thought "she must be waiting to cross the road!" So I dragged her across the road. She whacked me with her handbag and said she didn't need help!
I was so insulted, I pushed her into some bushes! Now I feel bad. Was it wrong of me?

That was really bad of you. You could have asked her first if she wanted to crossed the road instead dragging her across the road. onsidering this, I would say you deserve it.
But if you look at the other side of the coin, I would also say that old people sometimes does not want to be reminded that they can't do certain things as they used to do when they were younger. That's why I believe she reacted in pride I would say. They have their pride as well and we should respect that.
You could have apologise for the misinterpretation that she wanted to cross the road, instead you pushed her into the bushes. that was wrong.

lol! omgod thats funny. The darn cow needed to be taought a lesson. If someone wants to help her she should be thankful even if she odn't need it! But you should not have pushed her. She was probably having a bad day and felt so incapable that she was ready to attack anyone treating her like a baby. just defensive

maybe you should have asked her if she would like any help first, and then instead of drtaggin her just helped her gently. No wonder she hit you with her handbag. Did you leave her in the bushes? If so, i hope someone decent helped her back up.

yes you are...u shouldnt have pushed her into some bushes...some old lady are quite fierce and unreasonable but after all they are still our elderly..we need to respect them

haha I helped this old man and he chased mewith his walking stick I ran he was scary and yes it was wrong and no it wasnt wrong cuz you helped her and cuz you pushed her in the bushes
