although I feel much better I want to lose another 6-7 pounds...the problem is I am going on holiday next week and I´ll be gone 3 weeks...I want to enjoy my holidays but not gain much weight either...what tips can you give me and how much can a person gain in 3 weeks???? PS I am going to China...

Just continue the cardio. Great thing about cardio is you can do it anywhere and at any time. Just do what you have been doing.

CONGRATULATIONS!
Losing weight is one tough job. And you did it at a healthy rate. Excellent. Keeping weight off is the ultimate challenge. Traveling is hard while trying to maintain your weight loss. Chinese food is wonderful, so if you indulge a bit, walk it off sight-seeing. Look for un-breaded fish, dishes with no sugar (it's not that fattening, but it stimulates your taste buds into temtation...) and lots of vegetables. Good luck, and have lots of great experiences.

well if your at a hotel and theres a swimming pool go for a swim each day
take water with you and a couple of low calorie chew bars or something?
im sure there will be fruit over there too.

I lost 25 pound in 1.5 weeks! At first I couldn't believe that I could lose that much in so little time until i read this article
