Legal duty and moral duty are two separate things. Hillary advised clients to invest in Whitewater, knowing they would lose their investments.

She has a moral duty to make restitution.

No--Many have and will continue to loose money in ventures that pose a risk--like no interest loans catching up to our current housing market and the over inflated stock market.

Way back in the 70s and 80s the Clinton's lost money in The Whitewater Development Corporation. After three separate inquiries the Clinton's were never charged with any wrong-doing.

The Clinton's lost money - you want them to pay restitution to themselves?
The Clintons were cleared of all wrongdoing in Whitewater despite the witch hunt your lot set up. Remember the best you could get him on was fibbing about his sex life (which seems a lot worse to Republicans than committing perjury to deliberately interfere with an FBI investigation like Scooter did or lying about something irrelevant like national security like Gonzo.
You really just make yourself look silly when you go on like this.

If that is the thought process for you then I think Bush should make restitution to every solider's family for their deaths in Iraq based on his lies running up to the war.
